Refund Policy
Effective date: TODO: YYYY-MM-DD
1. Failed videos: automatic
If a video you ordered cannot be made, all the credits you paid for it go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. The refund shows in your credit history, and you can use the credits for another video.
2. Delivered videos
Each video is made for you on request, so credits spent on a delivered video are not returned. If a delivered file is broken, for example it has no sound or does not play, write to TODO@example.com and we will make it again or return its credits.
3. Unused credit packs
Within 14 days of buying a credit pack, you can ask for a refund of that pack if none of its credits have been spent. The money goes back to your original payment method; how long that takes depends on your bank. Packs whose credits have been partly spent are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
4. Who processes refunds
Credit packs are sold by Polar, our merchant of record. We approve the refund and Polar sends the money back, including any taxes charged. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits from it are removed from your balance.
5. How to ask
Write to TODO@example.com from the email of your account, with the date of the purchase or the Polar receipt. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we can usually fix things faster.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law. If you are in the EU or the UK, you agree that production of an ordered video starts at once, and that the right of withdrawal for that order ends when production starts.
